Non-Wholesale Customers Free shipping offers are applicable only to non-wholesale customers. Wholesale customers are excluded from these promotions.

Weight Limits All free shipping offers are limited to orders with a total cart weight of under 3000 grams. If your order exceeds this weight, shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Method All qualifying orders will be shipped using Australia Post's standard Parcel Post service unless otherwise stated. Delivery times will depend on Australia Post's delivery schedules.

Shipping Fees for Non-Eligible Orders If your order does not meet the conditions for free shipping, standard shipping fees will apply based on your location and the weight of your package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Paradise Nutrients aspires to ship every order as quickly as possible, while also maintaining our extremely high standard of quality.
Typically orders take between 1 -5 business days to dispatch from our warehouse. During public holidays and weekends, orders may take an extra business day to dispatch.

Paradise Nutrients dispatches all orders Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
